Best Roasted Vegetables

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
3 potatoes, cubed
2 turnips, cubed
1 cup carrots, sliced 1 inch long
1/2 green pepper, cut in chunks
1/2 red bell pepper, cut in chunks
4 ounces mushrooms
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon thyme
Place vegetables in a single layer in roasting pan; spray with non-stick olive oil spray. Sprinkle with spices. Roast for 30 minutes or until done, turning once.
