Preheat oven to 425 degrees
2 pounds mixed mushrooms
About 1/3 cup olive oil
1 head garlic, cloves crushed
small handfull sage, chopped or thinly sliced
sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
Place the mushrooms in a large bowl and toss with the olive oil, garlic sage, salt, and pepper. Place on large cookie sheet and roast for 25 minutes.
