Corned Beef Hash

1/2 cup canned corned beef hash or chopped leftover corned beef brisket or corned beef round
1 tablespoon catsup
1/2 teaspoon dried onion flakes
2 tablespoons bacon fat
Combine the hash, catsup, and dried onion flakes thoroughly. Saute in bacon fat in covered skilled over low heat for 10 minutes.
Makes 1 serving.
Author's note: Very good served with a poached egg on top.
