Easter is one of my FAVORITE days.  I just love - ok - ALL of the candy that surrounds it.  For me, there are only two holidays (even though Easter isn't a regular holiday) that "have the best candy" - Easter and Christmas.  

I don't buy alot of candy for Easter as I am diabetic and really shouldn't eat all that candy! However, this year I bought yummy jelly beans for my husband - Jelly Bellies and Jolly Ranch.  For me, I bought a solid chocolate Easter Bunny.  I love eating the ears!!  

This year I'm not cooking Easter dinner.  One of our favorite places in Great Falls, Montana, The Best Western Heritage Inn, is having an Easter Brunch. We'd been going there for Easter Brunch for quite a few years after we moved to Montana (2004) and then they stopped having the brunches. But when I called this year to inquire about the Easter Brunch, I got a resounding "yes! we're having it!" Yeahhhhhh!!!
