Cheese and Chili Burgers

3 pounds ground beef
1/2 cup dry red wine
1 teaspoon salt
freshly ground black pepper to taste
12 hamburger buns
butter
onion rings
cheese sauce
chili sauce
Combine ground beef, wine, salt, and pepper and mix well. Diving into 12 burgers and broil. Butter the hamburger buns. Serve the burgers on buns with onion rings and a choice of cheese sauce or chili sauce.
