Orange Bread

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
1 3/4 cup + 2 tablespoons flour
1 1/4 cups sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
Sift together in mixing bowl
Then . . .
1/2 cup salad oil
1/2 cup orange juice (from an orange and add enough water to make 1/2 cup our use 2 oranges - also zest from rind or orange)
2 eggs
Mix all together and pour into greased and floured loaf pan. Bake for 60 minutes or so.
You can make a powdered sugar glaze with orange juice and some more orange zest.
