Olive and Goat Cheese Crostini

1 French baguette, sliced diagonally into 20 pieces
5 1/2 ounces goat cheese
1 teaspoon chopped fresh oregano
1 (6 ounces) can Lindsay Ripe Pitted Olives, drained, chopped
paprika (optional)
Heat oven to 375 degres. Arrange baguette slices on a large baking sheet; bake 6 to 10 minutes or until lightly toasted. Set aside.
In a small bowl combine goat cheese, olives, and oregano. Spred mixture over crostini. Garnish with paprika, if desired.
