Fudge Crinkles

Have cake mix? Make cookies!  It's easy to make classic chocolate krinkle cookies with a mix.

Preheat oven to 350 degreees.

1 box Betty Crocker devil's food cake mix
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
powerdered sugar

In a large bowl, stir(using a spoon) dry cake mix, oil, eggs, and water until dough forms.  Shape dough into 1-inch balls.  Roll balls in powdered sugar.  On a cookie sheet sprayed with PAM, place the balls about 2 inches apart.

Bake for 10-12 minutes or until set.  Cool 1 minute, then remove from cookie sheet to cooling rack.  Cool completely, about 30 minutes.  Store tightly covered.
