Mom's Fruit Cup

2 red apples, diced
2 oranges, peeled and sectioned
2 grapefruit, peeled and sectioned
1 small can crushed pineapple in juice
1 medium can mandarin oranges
1/3 - 1/2 cup halved maraschino cherries, plus 1 tablespoon juice (if desired)
Lime to taste
Prepare all fruits and mix in large bowl. Chill for best flavor. When ready to serve, squeeze 1/4 lime over each serving.
