Broccoli Cornbread

Preheat oven to 375 degrees
2 boxes Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix or similiar
4 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 sticks melted butter
1 package (10 ounces) chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
1 medium onion, chopped
1 cup cottage cheese
Combine all ingredients and pour into a greased 9 X 13 baking pan. Bake for 35 - 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
