Mother's Sweet & Sour Baked Chicken

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
1 fryer chicken, cut up
1/2 cup flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
In a ziploc bag, add the flour, salt and pepper. Shake it up then add the chicken and shake real well to coat.
Heat 1/3 cup vegetable oil in a skillet. Add the chicken and brown on each side.
While the chicken is browning, make the sauce:
1/2 cup cider vinegar
3 tablespoons brown sugar
1/3 cup sweet pickle relish
1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
1 tablespoon ketchup
Once the chicken is browned, put into a large pan and pour the sauce over it and cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for another 30 minutes or until done.
