"Corner Grill" Chili

3 pounds hamburger
1 teaspoon granulated garlic
1/2 onion, chopped
1/4 green pepper, chopped
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground red pepper
1 1/2 tablespoons paprika
2 tablespoons chili blend
1 teaspoon black pepper
Dash Texas Pete
1 (29 ounce) can tomato sauce
1 (29 ounce) can water
2 (29 ounce) cans tomatoes, chopped
2 (29 ounce) cans pinto beans
1/2 jalapeno pepper, chopped
extra water, if needed
Brown hamburger, onion and green pepper. Drain if meat is fat. Add all remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat and simmer about 2 hours.
