Betty's Ham Loaf

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
1 pound ground ham
1 pound ground pork
3/4 cup cracker crumbs
1/2 cup milk
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 eggs
Grind the ham and pork. Add all the ingredients together and mix like a meatloaf. Place into baking dish and bake for 1 hour, then add the Mustard Sauce on top and back for another half hour.
Mustard Sauce
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon mustard
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup vinegar
Place the ingredients in a saucepan and cook for 10 minutes before pouring over the ham loaf. (I would cook on medium low heat to prevent sticking).
