Fruit Platter with Hawaiian Cream Dip
Arrange assorted fresh fruit on a platter with toothpicks inserted in each piece for easy pick-up.
Cream together:
3/4 cup orange juice
1 tablespoon grated orange rind
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/2 cup sugar
1 9-oz. carton whipping cream
Combine orange juice, grated orange rind, cornstarch, and sugar in saucepan. Bring to a boil and continue cooking until it thickens. Fold in whipped cream. Chill and serve as dip with fruit. Makes about 2 1/2 cups.
