I LOVE this idea!  A buffett of desserts and "onl"y desserts!  This is a great party idea! YUM!

On the menu are:

- Chocolate-Pistachio Canneloni
- Goat Cheese Cheesecake
- Horchata Rice Pudding
- Mini-Espresso Cakes with Peanut Butter Frosting
- Old Fashioned Gingerbread
- Raspberry and Sherry Trifle

I haven't had any of these recipes, but they sound DELICIOUS!
