(Breakfast or Brunch Treat)

2 cups oatmeal (instant or regular) uncooked
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup chopped apples
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 teaspon cinnamon
1 quart whipping cream, whipped
Mix all together and store in refrigerator at least 15 hours before serving.
