Second Place Chocolate, Chocolate, Chocolate Bundt Cake

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Special Dark cocoa for dusting pan
1 (18.25 ounce) Triple Chocolate Cake Mix
1 small package instant chocolate fudge pudding mix
1 (16 ounces) carton sour cream
3 large eggs
1/3 cup vegetable oil
½ cup Godiva Chocolate Liqueur
2 cups semi-sweet mini chocolate chips
Powdered sugar
Spray bundt pan with Baking PAM. Using a pastry brush, brush the PAM into all the nooks and crannies of the bundt pan. Dust pan with cocoa. Combine all ingredients, except the chocolate chips. Beat batter until well-blended. Fold in chocolate chips. Batter will be thick. Spoon into prepared pan. Bake for 1 hour. Cool 30 minutes in pan, then turn cake out onto rack to complete cooling. Using a sifter, dust the cake with powdered sugar.
