Creamy Egg Nog

1 (7 ounce) jar marshmallow creme
1 cup skim milk
2 cups egg substitute
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup rum
8 ounce carton whipped topping
dash of nutmeg
Spoon marshmallow creme into mixer bowl. Add milk gradually, beating until smooth. Beat in egg substitute, stir in vanilla, and rum. Fold in whipped topping. Chill until serving time.
