Oatmeal Bars with Craisins and Chocolate Chips

3 eggs
3/4 cup sugar or Splenda
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
3 tablespoons canola or vegetable oil
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups old-fashioned oats
1 cup craisins
1 cup chocolate chips
Spray a 13x9x2 baking pan with PAM. Set aside. Using a mixer, cream together the eggs, sugar, and brown sugar until smooth. Add the oil and vanilla and mix for 20 seconds. Add flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix until just blended. Add oats; stir until completely incorporated. Add craisins and chocolate chips. Stir to incorporate. Transfer the dough to prepared pan; press into pan with wet fingers.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool bars in pan before cutting and serving.
