Herbed Green Salad

romaine lettuce
chicory
Belgian endive
freshly chopped parsley
freshly chopped taragon
freshly chopped cervil
freshly chopped dill
champagne dressing (or any other light dressing)
Arrange the romaine, chickory and endive in a salad bowl. Sprinkle generously with teh chopped herbs.
To serve, toss well with champagne or classic French dressing. Fresh basil, watercress, chives, or rosemary may be added to the salad or substitute for the other herbs.
