Cheese and Bacon Frittata

6 eggs
1 cup milk
1 green onion, minced
2 tablespoons melted margarine
1/2 teaspoon marjoram
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 (4 ounce) package shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 can crumbled bacon or 3/4 cup crumbled bacon pieces
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease 10 inch round pan or 9 x 9 baking pan. With whisk or hand beater, beat eggs, milk, onion, margarine, spices, salt, and pepper until blended; pour in pan. Sprinkle with cheese and bacon on top. Bake 20 minutes, until set and golden brown. Makes 4 main servings.
