Carmelized Sweet Potatoes

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
5 medium sweet potatoes
1 cup brown sugar
3 tablespoons flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons butter
8 large marshmallows
1 cup Half & Half, thinned
Cook potatoes until tender; drain and cool. Cut in 1/2" length wise and place in greased casserole. Mix sugar, flour, and salt together and pour over potatoes. Dot with butter and stick the marshmallows to the butter so they'll stick. Pour thinned Half & Half over all.
Bake for 45-50 minutes. Serves 5.
