Raw Cranberry Sauce
This recipe is best made the day before. It lets the flavors blend and then they just burst in your mouth!
2 cups raw cranberries
2 cups sugar
1 8-oz. can crushed pineapple, undrained
Put cranberries through food chopper. Add sugar and pineapple. Refrigerate overnight.
Note: I always make a double batch as this never lasts long! It's great as a hostess gift too.
