Pillsbury has a mini pizza recipe that I made recently and we really liked them! I first saw them on a tv commercial last week and thought "hmmm - I could make that, but with more toppings". So last night after work I stopped at the store and got the ingredients. I made a few changes and here's the recipe I used.
Grands Mini Pizzas
Preheat oven t0 375 degrees.
2 cans (16.3 ounces) Pillsbury Grands refrigerated biscuits
2 cup pizza sauce or your favorite marinara or spaghetti sauce
4 cups shredded Italian cheese
2 packages (3.5 ounce) sliced pepperoni
2 package sliced mushrooms
4 small cans sliced black olives (drain and pat the olives dry before putting on the pizzas)
Press each biscuit into a 6-inch round. Place on 2 large or 3 small greased cookie sheets. Top each round with sauce, cheese, pepperoni, mushroom, and black olives.
Bake for 10-15 minutes or until bottom are deep golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
